Cross-Training options for Indoor Players

Starting September 20th

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurs 5pm-7pm

Monday & Tuesday 7pm-9pm

Improve your vertical, agility, and endurance just by playing in the sand!

Become a well-rounded player that can perform all 6 volleyball skills at a high level.

Improve mental toughness, because there's no bench on the beach!

Advanced Beach Players

10U-14U

Desire to travel and compete at a high level at Beach Nationals.

Indoor top national team athletes

OR have trained/competed in the sand at a high level for a minimum of 1 year.

15U-18U

Pursuing a college scholarship for beach

and has trained/competed in the sand for a minimum of 1 year.

Practice Outline

It’s up to your athlete how frequently they practice from week to week, they are in complete control of their schedule. Each practice is 2 hours long and we progress from skill development to game-like drills by the end of practice. No partner is needed!

Practice Packages

$100 Annual membership is required in order to see and purchase the below packages

24 Practices Package = $840 ($35 per practice)

12 Practices Package = $540 ($45 per practice)

Drop-in Practice = $50

Packages do not expire for 6 months

Siblings can split a package (Sibling 1 uses 6 of 12 practices and Sibling 2 uses the other 6 of the 12)

Tryouts

We do not have tryouts at this time, but if you wish to join an advanced practice you’ll need to email TJ@madsandvolleyball.com with your player’s beach and indoor background to see if your athlete is ready to join.

Tournaments

Your athlete decides when they are ready to compete! They choose their own partner by asking them to play in a tournament that works for them both. Tournaments are not included in packages, and you have to register on your own on that tournament’s website.
