A powerhouse in the volleyball community, JDAC is a high-performance specialist dedicated to raising the bar for athlete development. His mission is to cultivate players who dominate both physically and mentally at the highest levels of national competition.
JDAC brings a rare combination of professional-level management and elite coaching experience to Madsand, ensuring our training environment remains the premier home for beach volleyball in Texas.

With over two decades of experience at the pinnacle of the sport, Jonathan’s credentials speak for themselves:
Professional Leadership: 8+ years in U.S. Professional Volleyball (PVL, NVA, VLA), specializing in coaching, managing, and building championship-caliber programs.
Club Veteran: 20+ years coaching for Top 5 USA club programs.
National Impact: Current Head Coach for MadFrog 18 National Green and Recruiting Coordinator.
College Recruiting Specialist: A dedicated mentor who has successfully guided countless athletes to NCAA Division I, II, and III programs.
